Synopsis

This manual briefly summarizes the results of long-term studies of the D.O. Ott Research Institute of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the North West Branch of the RAMS on pregnancy management in isoimmunization. In the manual, the questions of diagnostics and treatment of isoimmunization during pregnancy are considered; the algorithm of management of a Rh-conflict pregnancy is given.
