Синдром Кушинга и беременность
Краткое описание
Методическое пособие посвящено актуальной и недостаточно известной практическим врачам теме — синдрому Кушинга, или состоянию гиперкортицизма, у женщин репродуктивного возраста. Актуальность темы определяют наблюдающийся рост частоты указанной патологии, появление новых возможностей ее своевременного диагноза и выбора тактики ведения таких пациенток как вне, так и во время беременности. В работе обсуждены клинические особенности гиперкортицизма, возможности диагностики разных причин этого состояния, риски беременности для матери и плода и тактика ведения пациенток с гиперкортицизмом. Пособие рассчитано на врачей акушеров-гинекологов, терапевтов и других специалистов, оказывающих помощь женщинам репродуктивного возраста, включая период беременности.
